What does the Studio Growth Plan include?

The plan is a 12-week group coaching program which you can start at any time. You’ll have access to a comprehensive set of online course resources, weekly group calls in a private Facebook group and some 1-2-1 sessions with me as needed.

In the Facebook group, you’ll be surrounded by other web designers, going through exactly the same challenges, or who are ahead of you and can share their tips and experiences. The group is intended to be a safe space to grow and try new strategies, a source of inspiration, challenge and accountability.

I love helping other business owners and I want to ignite that same passion and pride in your business, that I’ve found in my own.

HOW IT WORKS

  •  We kick off your coaching with a deep dive call, where we take a long hard look at how you run your business, from your offer and pricing to client workflow and marketing.
  • We’ll test your business, find the gaps and help you work out where you need to focus first to accelerate your growth.
  • You work through the different pillars of the program with group and one-to-one help and support, jumping onto twice-weekly group calls as and when you need them.
  • You’ll have access to me and other hand-picked experts who have recorded exclusive material for us and who will be in the group to answer any questions.
  • You graduate with a final 1-2-1 call to make sure you have total clarity about continuing to grow your business.
  • After graduation, you retain access to all course materials and the group, but also have the opportunity to join a graduate membership which includes access to all themes and on-going monthly group coaching.

Time is precious and so are your clients. In this phase, I’ll set you up with the systems, software, contracts and templates you need to be more efficient and operate your business legally and safely. You’ll sleep better at night, I promise!

In this optional section, if you have some gaps in your knowledge, we’ll get you skilled up.

You’ll be able to work through advanced tutorials at your own pace.

Now you’re ready to define your niche and nail down a pricing strategy that will allow you to charge what you’re worth, rather than what you can get.

This will allow you to confidently pitch to your niche and work with clients of all budgets yet still earn the rate you want.

MARKETING TO YOUR TRIBE

You’re ready to start taking massive action and consistently market your business. Together, we’ll position you as the expert in your niche, create high-value content and share it with your audience to attract high quality leads.

Hate selling? I’ll coach you through the process of creating huge attraction to make closing a sale painless.

DELIVERING THE BUILD

No more chasing content or letting builds drag on and on, with project creep that means you end up working for next to nothing.
In this section, we look at streamlining your workflow to eliminate bottlenecks, turn clients into fans and get paid quicker.

Once your studio system is up and running, we can automate a lot of your marketing to get high quality leads for you on auto-pilot.

The Studio Growth Plan is priced with the expectation that you will recoup your investment within 90 days from the new business you’ll book. It’s not a guaratee, but if you put in the hard work, then it’s an expectation.

Whilst I was happy with my design and processes, my business was not growing in the way I had hoped. Going to a standard business coach didn’t seem the right approach.
